You found the car you want, the color you want and the finish you want, now how do you protect it? Ceramic coating your vehicle is another option of paint protection that offers its own unique protection compared to PPF.
While PPF offers the most protection against physical damage, ceramic coating offers complete UV protection, minor scratch resistance, and anti-environmental damage. The ceramic coat will also give the paint a high gloss finish, keeping it looking brand new while also being hydrophobic, which allows it to repel water and dirt.
The ceramic coat can be applied to the paint, glass and even rims! Ceramic coating includes a full wash, paint correction, and Matrix Blue or Matrix Black application. Matrix Blue comes with a three year life span and Matrix Black comes with an eight year life span.
Up Keep and Maintenance
After ceramic coating your vehicle, tunnel car washes will no longer be your friend. These car washed, which are usually automated, can leave swirls in your paint from hard brushes and no so perfect machinery. This will also happen with the ceramic coat.ceramic coat
The good news is that with your new ceramic coat, there will be no need for tunnel car washes! After installation, we recommend a simple hosing down for basic washes, adding a little soap (ceramic coat friendly) doesn’t hurt either, as long as you use a soft clothe!
We do recommend a complete wash every 3 months by hand using a soft clothe only. We also recommend using a boost spray, which will help strengthen and increase the longevity of the ceramic coat. This can be done by you or us!
